Vari Jig Angle Guide VJSAG36

The Trend VJSAG36 is an adjustable angle guide to allow grooving with the router, or crosscutting with a circular saw. It has an adjustable angle range from 25 to 155 and preset angle for 30, 45, 60, 90, 120, 135 and 150. The router working length at 90 is 915mm (36 inch), the circular saw working length at 90 is 780mm (30 3/4 inch). It has an angle tolerance 0.2 with zeroing facility, adjustable position alloy extrusion with scale and requires three clamps. Will accept accessory friction clamps Ref. VJS/CK or VJS/CK/L.

UNI/CS Countersink

This TCT Countersink clamps onto any drill between 3 mm and 7.2 mm in diameter. The drill passes through the body of the countersink and is secured by two hexagon bolts which clamp the countersink onto the drill at the required position. Recommended for wood and man made boards.By reversing the countersink on the drill the UNI / CS can be used as a non-cutting depth stop. NOTE:- Drills not included.

Universal Sub Base C/w Pins & Bush

The Unibase enables routers with non-standard guide bush fittings to accept the range of Trend guide bushes. Will fit directly to most routers.Line-up pin used with a 16 mm plastic bush to ensure concentricity of the cutter to the guide bush when fitting the sub-base. Suits collet sizes 1/4inch, 8mm, 12 mm and 1/2inch. Instructions for fitting The line-up pin fit into the collet and is plunged through the router base. The line-up bush is fitted into the Unibase and secured. This is then placed over the line-up pin and rotated in order to line up the fixing holes. The Unibase screws are tightened and then the line-up bush can be replaced with any choice of Trend guide bushes. These range from 10 mm up to 30 mm (GB10 - GB32). For larger diameter cutters a 40 mm guide bush (GB40) is available.
